I hate it when you know enough to automate a really sucky manual procedure, but unfortunately the effort you would have to put into robustly automating that act would take a bunch more work (to do it right,) than to just roll up your sleeves and do it manually and that really sucks but what are you going to do about it argh.
Whoa, run on sentence.
In other news, NCSA tonight. Yay web browsers.
(And when about to post this, I realized I hadn’t pushed out the previous mental vomit blog entry, so I had to manually do some MORE crap and now wait for planman to pick that up, before I can post this.)
Sometimes I think I make my life more difficult on purpose unintentionally.
[ Edit: DAMMIT, and now planman was borked because of last week's power outage. *sigh* Fixed now. Go to the website and read the previous stuff. ]
