Get your game on

Libraries seem to have gone full circle from banning food and socializing and gaming/ruckus in their libraries, to cohabitating with coffee shops, reconfiguring for group collaboration areas, and now including gaming (card, board and video) into their collections. The UIUC Library gets its game on with a new program for games in the undergrad. That’s right, the media lab now includes XBox, Playstation and Game Cube. They even have Guitar Hero, which I bet is a big hit.
If only they had Katmari Damacy, I’d probably check it out. I’m also looking for a good Gamecube baseball game.
About
This is a natural progression. I remember doing something similar back in college while “studying” for accounting. “Studying” entailed placing my book on my desk and then engaging in head-to-head Mario Kart contests in combat mode for money against various people for several hours.
Are there no EA Sports games for Game Cube? I’ve got last year’s MLB game for PS2 and it’s pretty good.
